What’s your favourite part of working here?
The people I get to spend my shifts with. We have a great team who all bring their own magic to the day.

If you could only eat one meal from the club menu forever, what would it be?
I have the pan-fired barramundi on repeat and recommend it to customers all the time.

Savoury – anything that involves cheese (and a wine to go with it).

Beach girl – there is something about the ocean that makes me feel refreshed and reset.
