I’m a Restaurant Supervisor.
How long have you been part of the Club Broadbeach team?
Almost 2 years.
What’s your favourite part of working here?
For me, it’s definitely the community and the team. Being in Broadbeach, we get a great mix of locals and visitors, and working with a supportive crew makes every shift enjoyable.

Friendly, relaxed, coastal.
Food & Favourites
If you could only eat one meal from the club menu forever, what would it be?
Porterhouse with veggies and mash.
Sweet or savoury — which one wins every time?
Most of time savoury, sometimes I need sweet.
Go to coffee and cocktail order?
Dirty chai and aperol spritz!

Favourite movie of all time?
Schindler’s List (drama), & The Lord of the Rings (fantasy).
What’s your favourite music to listen to on shift?
Time of Life (Good Riddance) – Greenday.

Favourite way to spend a day off on the Gold Coast?
I love to go to different places to have a breakfast.
