What’s your role at the club?
I’m a bit of an all rounder, I work across bowls, bar, gaming, reception and the bistro.
How long have you been part of the Club Broadbeach team?
I’ve been with the team for almost a year (one year in May).
What’s your favourite part of working here?
The people I work with and getting to know our guests and members.
In three (four) words, how would you describe Club Broadbeach?
Fun, energetic, family vibes.
Food & Favourites
If you could only eat one meal from the club menu forever, what would it be?
Prawn and chorizo pasta.
Sweet or savoury — which one wins every time?
Savoury.
Go to coffee order and go to cocktail order?
Iced hazelnut latte with oat milk and a chilli marg!
Movie Buff
Favourite movie of all time?
The Kingsman.
What’s your favourite music to listen to on shift?
Anything upbeat, current or older stuff.
Off the Clock
Favourite way to spend a day off on the Gold Coast?
Catching up with friends, trying new coffee spots and chilling at the beach.
Hinterland or beach?
That’s a hard decision, however probably the beach… but I do love both.
